Description'Sir, Adverting to previous correspondence, relative to the International Seismological Congress, I am directed to inform you that a letter was addressed to the Under Secretary of State of the Foreign Office on the 15th January last notifying the nomination of Professor G H Darwin, FRS and Professor J Milne, FRS as British representatives at the Congress to be held during the present year.
