Description | Flett regrests to learn that the Colonial Office has declined to forward copies of the report ot those in its service in the 'West Indian Islands' [Caribbean]. Remarks if the reports are to be sent by Harrison & Sons, then it should be possible to send out copies for government officials in St Vincent and the government office there, and the W I Agricultural Department to the offices in Barbados 'and so on'. Flett remarks on receiving communication from Jamaica and Trinidad, and putting the fullest addresses known to him. He does 'not think there is much chance of reports goign astray as the white population of the islands is small and all the individuals are well known.' |
