DescriptionBruce informs he arrived in Malta on Monday morning and as 'expected' nothing was prepared. The present arrangement is 'to use the Public Health Laboratory' which has 'fair accomodation for three workers', and Horrocks arrived from Gibraltar, he and Bruce made plans to start work. Bruce saw the Governor and Lieutenant Governor and described them as 'polite' and expresses 'doubts' on [?] and Shaw as workers.
