DescriptionRegarding microscopes. A microscope and incubator were ordered before Bruce's arrival to Malta. After discussing with Dr Zammit, Bruce suggests as a 'fair compromise' that the Malta Board of Health pay for two microscopes and the incubator while the Commission pay for the remaining microscopes.
