Dr Zammit is having difficulty finding funds for this purpose, and Bruce suggests Harrison to show the correspondence to Sir Arhcibald Geikie. enclosed is a handwritten letter from Dr Zammit, Mediterranean Fever Commission, Malta, to [David] Bruce, dated 31 October 1904, consisting of two pages.
