Description'Sir:- I am directed by the Marques of Lansdowne to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 23rd instant, and to express to you His Lordship's thanks for the arrangements, which you have made, for the supply of only thirty copies of the reports on Sleeping Sickness [African trypanosomiasis] to this department, instead of sixty as originally requested. I am, Sir, Your most obedient, humble Servant, Clement L Hill'.
