Description'Sir:- In reply to your letter of the 5th instant, addressed to Sir [Cleent] Hill, I am directed by the Marquess of Lansdowne to inform you that His Lordship is willing to offer Lieutenant Tullock the post of temporary medical officer in Uganda on the same terms as were given in the case of Lieutenant Gray. A copy of Lieutenant Gray's letter of appointment is enclosed herewith. I am, Sir, Your most obedient, humble Servant, F A Campbell'.
