Description'Sir, I am directed by the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs to transmit herewith, for the information of your society, copy of a letter from Lieutenant Tulloch, R.A.M.C. respecting the date of his departure for Uganda to take up his duties with the Sleeping Sickness [African trypanosomiasis] Commission. I am, Sir, Your most obedient, humble Servant, Clement L Hill'.

Enclosed is a typescript copy of a letter from Forbes Tulloch, Royal Army Medical Corps Mess, Aldershot, to the Permanent Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, dated 22 October 1904, consisting of one page.
