Date22 February 1904
Description'Dear Sir, Many thanks for your letter of the 19th inst. I am afraid I did not make the matter quite clear in my last letter regarding Mr Powell. I accordingly enclose the complete paper, and shall be much obliged by your acknowleding its safe receipt. Yours faithfully, Alfred Hay'.
