DescriptionHuggins is not willing to lend a portrait, however if Sir Andrew Noble 'reports favourable' and the Officers agree it will be well to lend the portrait of Sir Joseph Williamson, he would agree. Huggins has heard from Professor [Joseph] Larmor that Professor Perry will represent the Royal Society at [Everett's] funeral, and informs a change in his address.
