Description'Gentlemen, I am directed to forward for the information of the Observatories Committee of the Royal Society 20 copies of a Memorandum by the Meteorological Reporter to the Government of India on the reports of the Directors of the Observatories of Kodaikanal, Madras and Bombay for the year 1903.
