Enclosed is a typescript letter from Arthur W Rucker, University London, to the Secretaries of the Royal Society, dated 24 March 1904, consisting of three pages. Refers to science being 'assimilated' into the education system of the country, discusses examinations in this country, and imposing rigid schemes.
