Description'Sir, I am directed by Mr Secretary Lyttelton to acknowledge the receipt of you rletter of the 8th instant and to transmit to you the accompanying Appendices to the Report of the Principal Medical Officer of the East Africa and Uganda Protectorates. Mr Lyttelton readily assents to your proposal to publish the Appendices in the next report of the Sleeping Sickness Commission.
