DescriptionPio sends in a paper 'A Step Forward in Intergration' with the intention for it to be published by the Royal Society, and requests a receipt for its arrival, as he has lost a paper due to the 'negligence' of the post.

Enclosed is a memo from [Robert William Frederick Harrison] to [Joseph Larmor] regarding Pio's paper and informs he will not send the 'stock answer' until Larmor has had a chance to review the paper. Includes Larmor's responce to politely return the paper. Another typewritten enclosure comments: 'Your reply to Prof. Pio on the 29th May said that as there was no Foreign Member in Greece, you had sent his communication on to one of the principal Secretaries'.
