DescriptionResponding to [Robert] Remak's comments on Lee's work 'On the Ganglia and Nerves of the Heart' and the lack of acknowledgment therein of Remak's previous work on the subject. Lee offers a detailed overview of his own work on the subject prior to this publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions' of 1849. He additionally requests the letter to be inserted into the printed minutes of the Council and a copy to be forwarded to Dr Remak.
