DescriptionForwarding papers relating to magnetic observations, which were not destroyed with the government records at Agra. Major General Boileau, former superintendent of the Simla [Shimla] Magnetic Observatory, suggests publishing abstracts of the magnetic and meteorological observations taken at Shimla, Madras [Chennai], and Singapore from 1841 to 1845.
