FindingAidsEntries in Archive Card Catalogue; Volumes 1-17 include author, address, date, summary of contents and reference number. Subsequent entries are limited to noting the author with a combined reference number and date, such as MC.06039 May 21 (letter number 39 on 21 May 1906)
