DescriptionIn reply to Holding's letter of the 7 February, Davies encloses an application for the vivisection licence on behalf of J R G Bradfield [not attached]. Must return this in order that a second signature may be appended by a senior biologist as the President of the Royal Society is a physicist not qualified to vet these applications. Once obtained Davies will forward the application to the President.
