TitleCopy of Letter from the Assistant Secretary to the Royal Society to Sir William Bragg PRS
Date23 October 1939
Description ' I enclose a draft of the Annual Report for your consideration. If you could let me have it back, with such comments as you wish to make, I will have it stencilled and sent to members of Council at the week-end.

There are two points;
(i) The section on "Celebrations" should more properly follow that on 2Conferences2.
(ii) The section on the "Fee Farm Rent" ought to be placed after that on "Gifts and Bequests".

I apologise for the excessivbe thinness of teh paper, but our paper stocks are very low and the makers now take a long time in carrying out deliveries; consequently I have had to use stock which would appear to date back to before the last war. '
