Clegg's letter reads that Chesterfield Town Council have decided to confer the Honarary Freedom of the Borough upon Sir Robert Robinson, a native of this town. An illuminated scroll with a silver-mounted casket will be presented to Robinson in June. Requests permission to incorporate the Royal Society Arms on the scroll.
