DescriptionScrimgeour rang to discuss the question of sealing. Davies wonders if calling a special meeting for [stock transfer] sealing is necescary as on 19 October a resolution was passed empowering the Officers to act on Council's behalf on all matters of urgency for the duration of the war. He wonders if this empowers the President and Officers to seal documents. Davies asks Lyons to wire his decision. Is also sending a proof of the Report of Council to which is attached as an appendix Lyons' report. Also sends a proof of a card proposed to take the place of the current one indicating the meetings of Council drawn up at Professor Hill's suggestion. [No items attached]
