DescriptionInformal accompaniment of a letter to Berry as Dean of John Hopkins University [not enclosed]. Reports that he and his wife have returned from America, where Seward represented Royal Society at the dedication of the Franklin Memorial. They also visited New York, Washington and wife's relatives. Disappointed they did not see Berry. Desires for Berry to visit him [in England] or for Seward to revisit Berry in Baltimore.
