DescriptionResponse from the Foreign Office to a letter received on 3 June 1945 regarding Tizard's proposed visit to Holland, Denmark and Norway. Pollock had telegraphed representatives in Copenhagen and Oslo to ensure that their respective governments are agreeable to the visit, to request for accommodation arrangements to be made, and for arrangements to be made to inform the academies of sciences. The Ambassador to the Netherlands Government is also being consulted.

An annotation at the top of the page enquires at to whether it will be acceptable to arrive in Copenhagen.
