Includes discussion of the death of Lucy Alexandrina Foulerton, and the bequest of her residuary Estate to the Council of the Royal Society; the sale from the Estate of leasehold properties 42 and 44 Pembridge Villas, Bayswater; continuation of payments to Foulerton's old servant Ann Stollard; the terms of the gift to Foulerton's nurse, Jane Sweeney, with reference to Foulerton's intention to make greater provision for Sweeney her in a new will, and the fact that this was not done due to her poor health; a list of securities and their values for sale; bequests of £9,000 each for Dr Harry Percy Foulerton and his brother Douglas Manners Foulerton; payment of Estate Duty on the sum of £20,000 given to the Royal Society less than 12 months prior to Foulerton's death, including Austen Cartmell's instructions and opinion.
