Includes discussion of the statement of facts provided by Messrs Le Brasseur and Oakley; Counsel's opinion of the claim by the clients of Messrs Le Brasseur and Oakley; the decision of the Royal Society, based on Counsel's advice, that they cannot comply with the claims of Messrs Le Brasseur and Oakley's clients; the transfer of investments, including Great Western Railway Debenture Stock to the Royal Society and are 100 dollar share in the Louisville Property Company.

Also contains the 'Full statement of facts relating to the estate of Captain Alexander Foulerton and his family' by Messrs Le Brasseur and Oakley; 'Further instructions to advise and Counsel's opinion thereon' issued by Messrs Few & Company.
