Description | On examining the Henry Cavendish papers Scott has sent him. Maxwell states they are about magnetism but he does not think they could well go into the volume of Cavendish's electrical papers he has been editing. They are however of much interest. Maxwell also asks Scott how the papers came into the possession of Sir Edward Sabine. |
