DescriptionOn sending a copy of his Tables to Mr Gilpin (Secretary) that they may be presented to the Board of Longitude. He begs that the Board may contribute to the cost of publication of further extensive Tables and the Treatise on Navigation which he wishes to produce in three volumes; the expense of this work will be so considerable as to make it impossible for him to undertake it unaided.
