DescriptionSabine dined with [John] Lubbock and proposed to him a revision of the instructions. Sabine discusses [Johann von] Lamont’s letter regarding the different intensity. Sabine discusses Riddell’s instructions for the transit magnetometer. Sabine agrees with [George Biddell] Airy to take a rest in the month of December for instrumental unification.
