DescriptionSabine and his wife plan to come to Dublin in a few days time. Sabine hopes for a quiet meeting with Lloyd. Sabine outlines his plan for magnetic observations in Scotland. Sabine informs Lloyd that [John] Franklin is taking out a [Robert Were] Fox dip circle and two needles Sabine has sent him, to Van Diemen's Land [Tasmania; Lutruwita or Truwana].
