Sabine has copies of the Russian 'Annuaire' for 1838 and 1839 from Adolph Theodor Kupffer and is distributing accordingly. Lloyd's copy is at the Royal Society.

Information regarding the transmission of letters and results to Karl Friedrich Gauss.

Sabine asks Lloyd whether it is right to send magnetic term day results to Alexander Dallas Bache for Bache to 'use them in a public nature'.
