Description[The beginning of this letter is missing].

Riddell informs Lloyd he is sending the returns of the adjustments of the horizontal and vertical force magnets from the Toronto observatory, received from [Charles] Younghusband. Riddell notes the only point of remark was that the arcs of vibration of the horizontal plane were too large.
