DescriptionExplains the progress of publishing a paper. That it must be through a Fellow, who will vouch for its suitability. This will then be passed to the Secretary who will make the judgement of whether to bring to the Council to be read or not. The papers must be about science. Suggests Prater's paper be submitted in this way.
