DescriptionInforms H. Clifford Gill there probably will not be many instruments of interest to lend. Suggests Sir Isaac Newton's Reflecting Telescope, which the Assistant Secretary had to accompany on a rare day loan. Also suggests Davy's lamp, but states the loan will have to be approved by the Council.
