The Council has now set up a Committee to advise the Comptroller of the Stationary Office and consists of the President [William Spottiswoode], Sir Joseph [Dalton] Hooker, Mr. [George] Busk, Prof. [William Henry] Flower and [Thomas Henry] Huxley. |
