Description1. 29 original letters in Latin from Marcellus Malpighius to the Royal Society, Mr Oldenburgh, Mr Aston and Mr Walter, between 1668 and 1693.
2. Malpighi Anaotome Plantarum cui subjungitur Appendix iteratas et auctas de Ovo Encubato Observationes continens... The original manuscript, and all the drawings; the treatise 'de Ovo' is dated at the end 'Bononiae, Octob 1672'
3. The last of the two preceding treatises is follwed by the transcript by Mr Oldenburgh of ten letters containing a correspondence between Malpighi and Oldenburgh, between 1671 and 16784, referring to those treatises. These letters are printed at the end of that Appendix
