Discussion on Captain [John Theophilus] Boileau's returns regarding temperature corrections, as well as the Toronto observatory returns for temperature. Riddell reiterates a previous question regarding the coefficient, after noting it was too 'confused' and elaborates in detail what he meant. Riddell asks Lloyd regarding the corresponding fraction of the magnetic moment of the bar, equal changes in the scale readings and the ratio of m : x.
