Forwards a copy of a letter by the Chairman of the Kew Committee, regarding the requirement of instruments to enable the Colaba Observatory to work in connection with Kew Observatory, and suggestion of paper relating to the maintenance of the observatory to be forwarded to the Secretary of State to the President of the British Association for the advancement of science.
