TitleLetter from George Adolph Erman, Pleiski to Edward Sabine
Date21 September 1871
DescriptionErman thanks Sabine for his letter regarding etymology. Erman asks Sabine to send him the American observations as requested before, because they are concluding their determinations of constants and would not like to change all their results for the addition of ‘a few American plates’. Refers to the ‘reduction for temporary change of magnetic phenomena’ and the British Association report of progress for 1871.
