Harris intends to collect as much data as he can regarding the ‘barometrical discussion of last January’. Refers to ‘atmospheric, magnetic and astronomic observations’. Harris requests Sabine to send him meteorological returns for January 1843. The main data Harris is interested in is related to the barometric curve.
