The resolution discusses the Board of Visitors ‘disapproval’ for such a tunnel close ‘proximity to the Royal Observatory [of Greenwich]’. Refers to the ‘extension of the amount of railway traffic’ and the ‘trains passing along the lines’ as a consequence.
