DescriptionDrach acknowledges with thanks the new volumes of the Toronto Magazine meteorological observations for 1845 to 1852. Drach notes using an eclipse instead of a polar projection in the upper left hand [of the volume] (includes two small diagrams).

Drach refers to his application to become a Fellow of the Royal Society and hopes this year’s application will be ‘more successful’ that the last.
