TitleLetter from Johann [von] Lamont, [Royal] Observatory, Bogenhausen
Date26 November 1864
DescriptionLamont’s opinion regarding ‘the arrangements to be made in publishing the Melbourne magnetical observations’. Lamont suggests the observations should be published in ‘extense’ with the abstracts published at the same time. Lamont refers to publishing his observations and abstracts separately, but recommends ‘publishing them together as General [Edward] Sabine has done’.
