Sabine refers to his report on ‘observations made in different countries by observers of different nations, on the magnetic intensity’. Sabine discusses the recipient’s observations regarding the total intensity and asks for any corrections. Includes a list of cities, their dips and force. Sabine refers to [Alexander von] Humboldt’s remarks on a [magnetic paper] and includes his response regarding the magnetic intensity at specific stations.
