DescriptionSabine received a telegram from Mr [Robert Lewis] Ellery regarding ‘eclipse matters’ and referred Thomson for advice and information. Thomson informs Verdon that the British Association sent as many instruments to Melbourne as they could in the time available to them, and instructions were posted yesterday. Ellery informed the party will leave on 20th November.
