DescriptionWelsh received Sabine’s letter and cheque for Mr Fox which he has passed on. Jones has sent Welsh his bill, which amounts to more than expected in Welsh’s opinion. Welsh discusses extra additional charges from Jones which have already been paid for by the government. Welsh suggests not making any additions to Mr Fox’s circle. Discussion regarding the decision about ‘Pekin’ and the ‘pre-scientific cabinet of ours’ as Welsh refers to. Welsh expresses his happiness to hear Sabine has recovered.
