DescriptionMr Kessels arrived that morning on the Columbine, bringing three long deal cases and a bottle of mercury. These are deposited at either the Baggage Warehouse or the Custom House. Kessels is in town for one week and there will be no time for an order. However, Kessels is the maker of the apparatus and will be able to give the full value of it without it being examined.
