He requests that the instruments in Kater's possession be made available to Mr [George] Dollond, so that they may be inscribed with Roya Society numbers - 27, 31, 46 and 60 from the Royal Society list. Lubbock sees that Kater's letter is dated from Boulogne and he hopes that Kater will soon be back permanently. |
