TitleCopy letter from Walter White; to Mr Turner
Date16 October 1861
Description'Dear Sir, We wish to take advantage of your men being here to have the boiler cleaned out, and the whole service of pipes examined to see that no defects exist; also the supply cistern which perhaps needs cleaning and the ballcock oiling. Will you be good enough to give the necessary orders at the right time. I need perhaps hardly say that we shall be willing to pay a fair and reasonable charge for this extra work'.
