Date | 17 October 1863 |
Description | 'Sir, I have to acknowledge the receipt of a printed circular, dated 7th October issued by direction of the Royal National Life Boat Institution, in which you request the opinion of the medical officers of this Society on the relative merits of two different plans which have been recommended for the recovery of drowned persons.
