DescriptionReplies that the report asked was found in the Council Minutes and so small a copy it is not worth being sent. Provides an extract of the report which was sent to the Ordance Office in 1801 regarding the 'electrical excitation.' As requested Stokes gives his opinion that these electrical excitations would not be able to inflame gunpowder.
